Some points you probably did not know:
-The reason why we mentioned the initial equity of 5000 dollars is that considering the relative cheapness of living in the country, some people, unfortunately, believe it might be possible to get an Armenian residency with empty hands. There might be people believing that no certain capital is needed to run a business. It is unfortunately a wrong belief that has led to the waste of energy and money by numerous people, and finally their frustrated return to their home country. We should bear in mind that a government has no responsibility to provide us with a residence card because of the registration of an inactive company. Why should a government provide services to a company/business set up with fake and unrealistic documents? Why should we be looking for illegal and wrong methods instead of developing a real business? It’s important to remember that owning a capital of over 5000 dollars will be of enormous help in this process.
– With the foundation of an inactive company, it will be inevitable for your residency request or the extension of your card to be rejected.
– This method does not apply to children over the age of 18 years so if you have any child older than eighteen, you will have to introduce her/him as a partner of your business.
– You are not obligated to live in a certain Armenian city. You are free to choose where you want to live (e.g. Yerevan, Dilijan, etc.).
